These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of The Weekend Fixer at https://theweekendfixer.khacdaunamviet.vn (the “Site”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Denver County, Colorado, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

11. Dispute resolution

Before filing any lawsuit, you agree to first contact us at jake@theweekendfixer.khacdaunamviet.vn and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for at least 60 days.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time by posting a revised version with an updated “Last updated” date. Material changes will be announced via a banner on the homepage for at least 14 days. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
